WHAT IS AURA OR ENERGY BODY?
Aura also known as “Energy Body” and we are “Energy Beings” vibrating, radiating our own energy signature. This is a reality which has been proven by quantum physics time and time again.
Quantum physicist has discovered that nothing is solid and everything is energy, the physical atoms are made up of vortices of energy that are constantly spinning, vibrating and radiating its own unique energy signature so physical atoms are made out of invisible energy not matter. As we focus more closer on the structure of atom, we will see nothing i.e a physical void or “nothingness” and we are much more that what we perceive ourselves. We are immense store of energy and can increase the capacity to absorb energy and with knowing more and more about our energy body we can manifest or create whatever we want which is again evident from our human evolution.
Our physical body has the ability to heal itself and with the knowledge and techniques of Energy body and Prana one can activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove the blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is accelerated hence enabling you to recover faster.
Energy healing can help you to recover from Physical aches, pains, discomfort, infections, ailments, surgeries, allergies, inflammations. It can also help you in relationship healing and emotional healing.
An aura is a field of subtle, luminous radiation surrounding a person or in scientific terms we can define aura as electromagnetic field of energy that extends all around human body. Aura of a person is connected to the overall health of a person, emotional well being, mental clarity, thought patterns and behavior of person. A healthy person at all these levels has a bigger and brighter aura.
AURA LAYERS AND CHAKRAS
Our Aura has seven main layers and all these main layers of aura are related to main seven chakras and each layer affects the other layer as explained below:
The Physical or Etheric Layer -> Base Chakra
The Astral or Emotional Body -> Sacral Chakra
The lower Mental Body-> Solar Plexus Chakra
The Higher Mental Body -> Heart Chakra
The Casual Body -> Throat Chakra
The Soul Body -> Brow Chakra
The Integrated Spiritual Body -> Crown Chakra
The state of imbalance in one layer leads to imbalance in the other layers or chakras.
