These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between SANGEETA BHUSHAN SHARMA, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).

By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

  •  When you use this website you agree that you will follow these Terms And Conditions.
  • These terms are for all the coaching services that this website offers, including one-on-one discovery calls, group coaching programs and digital resources.

Coaching Services

  • Working with a coach is a change for people it is not something that always works out the way you want it to.
  • Coaching Services include discovery calls, group coaching, workshops, and digital materials
  • The person who is coaching you is not a doctor or a lawyer or someone who helps you with money so they cannot give you advice about those things. If you need help with something, like that you should go see a professional who knows about it because coaching is not the thing.

Payments

  • You need to finish all payments before we start working on your service.
  • We accept ways to pay, like credit cards, debit cards, online transfers and other listed gateways.
  • If we offer a payment plan you have to follow it and pay the amount.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If you cancel a Discovery Call least 2 days before you can get a refund. If you don’t show up there is no refund.
  • For Group Coaching you can get a refund if you cancel than 1 week before the program starts. You can also transfer to a date up to 3 days before the program starts. Once the program begins there are no refunds.
  • Refunds are sent back to your payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Some gateway fees are not refundable.

Client Responsibilities

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time.
  • Respect confidentiality of group members.
  • Avoid sharing coaching materials without written consent.

Intellectual Property

  • The coach owns all the materials, recordings and resources that are used for coaching.
  • When you become a client you get a license to use these things for yourself.
  • You cannot give these things to people sell them or share them with the public.

Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We keep all info shared during coaching private except when the law says we have to share it.
  • Our website collects some info, like cookies and analytics to make our services better.

Limitation of Liability

  • The coach is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from coaching services.
  •  Coaching is a collaborative process; results depend on client commitment and action.

Termination

  • The coach has the right to stop working with a client if the client does not follow these rules like being rude or misuse of materials.
  • If this happens the client will not get their money back. No refund.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings.
