Where He Was
When Maulin first came to me, he was carrying a heavy belief that he was not enough. As a child, he was bullied by classmates and by friends. In his teens it happened again, because of the way he looked. At home, there was ongoing tension between his parents, and no one seemed to understand what he was going through.
He had nowhere safe to put what he felt. Food became the one thing that comforted him.
“Sangeeta ma’am has been there for me through some of the hardest struggles and phases of my life.”
The Pattern Beneath
Maulin had absorbed a story about himself from the people who hurt him and from the people who could not hear him. The bullying told him something was wrong with him. The silence at home told him his feelings did not matter.
So the struggle was never really about the bullies or about any single situation. It was about a young person who had never been truly seen, slowly learning to believe he was less than he really was.
This is the shift from unconscious creator to conscious creator: from living by the story others handed him to understanding where his feelings come from and choosing how he responds.
The Journey
Maulin began with my Four Layer Framework: 10 sessions over 3 months, working through the four layers of body, energy, emotion, and mind. But the work did not end there. During his journey of transformation, our conversations have continued through some of the hardest phases of his life, and that steady support is what he speaks about in his review.
R: Reconnect
It began with being heard. What mattered most to Maulin was that I did not just listen and wait to give advice. I tried to understand what he was thinking, why he felt the way he did, and where it was coming from. For someone who had grown up feeling unheard, this was a space where he could finally say everything.
“She actually tries to understand your thoughts, why you’re feeling a certain way, where it’s coming from, and who you are as a person.”
I: Integrate
With that safety in place, we began looking at where his feelings were coming from, and at who he really was underneath them.
S: Shift
I did not simply tell him what he wanted to hear. My advice was honest, and sometimes it was not what he wanted in the moment. But it opened a different way of seeing.
“Sometimes she’ll tell me something I don’t necessarily want to hear at that moment, but then a few days later I’ll sit there and realise… yeah, she was right.”
E: Empower
Over time, Maulin began to know how to deal with things on his own.
“She helps you understand yourself enough that eventually you start knowing how to deal with things better.”
I genuinely don’t think I would be the person I am today without Sangeeta ma’am.
And before I say anything else, I’m not writing this review just to support her, do justice to what she does, or help her get more clients. I’m writing it because I genuinely want whoever is reading this to understand what having the right person guide you through life can actually do for you. If even one person who is struggling or feels a little lost reads this and decides to speak to her, I think they’ll understand exactly what I mean.
Sangeeta ma’am has been there for me through some of the hardest struggles and phases of my life. And the biggest thing about her is that she genuinely hears you. Not just listens and waits to give you advice, she actually tries to understand your thoughts, why you’re feeling a certain way, where it’s coming from, and who you are as a person.
She’s extremely loving, caring and understanding, but she also won’t just tell you what you want to hear. Her advice is always thoughtful and calculated. Sometimes she’ll tell me something I don’t necessarily want to hear at that moment 😂, but then a few days later I’ll sit there and realise… yeah, she was right.
There have been so many moments in my life where my emotions made something feel like the end of the world, and somehow after talking to her, I could see the same situation from a completely different perspective.
And that’s what I think makes her so good at what she does. She doesn’t try to give you some generic motivational speech or tell you how you should live your life. She helps you understand yourself enough that eventually you start knowing how to deal with things better.
Over the years, she has helped me become more confident, more emotionally aware, more understanding of myself and honestly just a better version of who I was. A lot of the way I think today and the person I’ve grown into has been shaped by conversations I’ve had with her.
Talking to her also never feels overly formal or like you have to filter yourself. I’ve been able to tell her the messy thoughts, the stupid thoughts, the things I’m scared of, the things I’m confused about, literally whatever is going on in my head, and I’ve always felt heard rather than judged.
So if you’re reading reviews trying to decide whether life coaching is for you, or whether Sangeeta ma’am is someone you should speak to, I’m not going to tell you that one conversation is magically going to fix your life. That’s not how it works. But I can tell you that having someone who genuinely understands you, challenges you, cares about you and helps you see things you sometimes can’t see yourself can make a much bigger difference than you realise.
For me, Sangeeta ma’am hasn’t just been a life coach. She has genuinely played a part in shaping the person I am today, and that’s something I’ll probably be grateful for for the rest of my life.
Not One Turning Point, but Many
Maulin’s story does not hinge on a single session. It is a shift that happened again and again, each time a moment felt like the end of the world:
“There have been so many moments in my life where my emotions made something feel like the end of the world, and somehow after talking to her, I could see the same situation from a completely different perspective.”
The Results
Inner transformation
In His Own Words
“I genuinely don’t think I would be the person I am today without Sangeeta ma’am. … She helps you understand yourself enough that eventually you start knowing how to deal with things better. Over the years, she has helped me become more confident, more emotionally aware, more understanding of myself and honestly just a better version of who I was. … I’ve been able to tell her the messy thoughts, the foolish thoughts, the things I’m scared of, the things I’m confused about, literally whatever is going on in my head, and I’ve always felt heard rather than judged.”
Coach’s Reflection
What stays with me about Maulin is how early a person can decide who they are. When a young boy is bullied and no one at home has room to hear him, he starts to believe his feelings are too much, or that he is not enough.
Maulin never needed to be fixed. He needed to be heard, fully and without judgment, so that he could begin to hear himself. And I love that he says it plainly: one conversation will not magically fix your life. That is true. Real change comes conversation by conversation, until you begin to trust yourself.
