This is for parents who have noticed that something has changed in their child, and they’re not sure what to do next.
I work with corporate professionals navigating burnout, workplace anxiety, career uncertainty, difficult work relationships, self-doubt, and the pressure to constantly perform. I believe meaningful change begins when we stop running on autopilot and start understanding what’s really happening within us, with honesty, awareness, and compassion.
With 27+ years of corporate training experience and 11+ years of coaching experience, I bring a practical understanding of the corporate world into my coaching conversations. I have worked with clients across 23 countries, supporting professionals through periods of stress, transition, uncertainty, and personal change.
My work is built around the Four Layers Method, which looks at how your body, energy, emotions, and mind influence the way you experience work, relationships, decisions, and yourself. The method comes from my book and my own journey of self-transformation.

It’s for students and young adults aged 16–23 who are dealing with exam stress, low confidence, comparison, confusion about the future, friendship or relationship problems, or pressure from family expectations. Parents can also book a call if they’ve noticed changes in their child and aren’t sure how to help.
Yes. Coaching works on what sits underneath exam pressure: fear of failure, comparison with others, and the feeling of never being good enough. Students learn to calm their minds, manage overwhelm, and approach studies with more steadiness and self-belief.
Coaching cannot guarantee better marks, and it is not tuition or exam coaching. It works on the stress, self-doubt and overwhelm that get in the way of studying. Many students find that once they feel calmer and more confident, they focus better and prepare more consistently.
Yes. Coaching helps students get clear on their interests, strengths and fears, so they can choose a path they genuinely own instead of one made under pressure. It is not aptitude testing or admissions counseling, and it can be used alongside both.
Yes. Coaching moves at the student’s own pace, and no one is pushed to share more than they’re comfortable with. Quiet students often open up gradually once they feel safe and unjudged. The free clarity call is a low-pressure way to see whether your child feels at ease.
Parents can book the first call, share what they’ve noticed, and learn how to support their child at home. During the program, parents receive three updates: a briefing at the start, a progress update at the midpoint, and a review at the end.
Yes. What a student shares stays private, unless there is a risk to their safety or someone else’s. The student agrees in advance on what is included in the parent updates, which helps them trust the process.
Yes. Students under 18 need written consent from a parent or guardian before coaching begins. Students aged 18 and above can book on their own.
Yes. All sessions are held online, so students can join from anywhere in India or abroad. I have coached clients in 23 countries.
The program is 10 one-to-one sessions of one hour each, held weekly online. It usually takes 10–12 weeks, leaving room for exams and holidays. It’s built on my Four Layers method, from my book Four Layers to Your Dream Life, which works with the body, energy, emotions and mind together to build calm, confidence and clarity step by step.
No. Life coaching builds life skills and self-awareness. It is not counseling or therapy, and it does not diagnose any condition. If a student shows signs of needing more support, parents are informed and a qualified professional is recommended. If your child is in crisis or talks about harming themselves, please contact a doctor or emergency services right away.
Yes, the 30-minute clarity call is free, and students or parents can book it. The program fee depends on the student’s needs, so it’s shared on the call once the concerns are understood. There’s no obligation to continue. Book your free clarity call.
